If you’d like to get in touch with me, or read more of my writing than I make available here on this blog, there are a few ways:

  • You can leave a comment on this blog (though please make sure to comment on the post your thoughts are relevant to, since, as laid out in my comment policy, I’m likely to delete absolutely irrelevant posts). If you’d like a reply to your comment, please remember to check the box to receive further comments by email.
  • I get my email through my Google Account, which doubles as a Google Plus account. If you’d like to IM me, I’d prefer you IM me through that as well. (Note that while I’ve come to quite like “chatting” via IM, I vanishingly-rarely initiate conversations.)
  • I’m also on Facebook.

If you’re going to be sending me a file (a draft or poem you’d like me to comment on, for example) and technically literate and compassionate enough to be concerned about file formats, please peruse my post on what formats I can, and what formats I prefer, to receive.

And please, do be in touch! I’d love to begin a correspondence.

  1. Jonathan,

I’ve nominated you for the Versatile Blogger Award, which means it seems that you have received this award. Please click the link below to read my post about your nomination, and to learn how to respond to it. If you have qualms about the way I described you, please forgive me! If you don’t wish to participate, that’s fine! You seem to be a busy person.

While there, perhaps you’d enjoy reading my serial retelling of Beauty and the Beast. I began with a poem, then moved on to this.

    In His joy,

    1. Thanks for the “nomination.”

I’m dithering about whether to “respond”; my long-established reflex is to avoid passing on chain letters (etc.) and most other “viral” memes, but it’s possible I might make an exception.

  2. I understand this reflex and usually avoid such things. One thing about it might be that, with this nomination/award, you can do as little or as much as you want; that is, do it in your own style.

Press on with your poetry, and other important things!

  3. Jonathan, I borrowed a picture of you – from Facebook, I think – and posted a temporary link to your website on my front page. If this isn’t okay, please let me know at my public email addy.
    Thank you!
